What is 3 Week Yoga Retreat?

3 Week Yoga Retreat is Beachbody’s first-ever yoga program designed for beginners. For those who have always been interested in yoga but were too intimidated to try, this is the perfect place to start. This is yoga stripped down to the mat. No candles, no chanting, no OHMs. Learn the basics in 21 classes, one per day, for 3 weeks. Each class is 30 minutes or less, taught by one of four Yoga Experts. Experience all the benefits of yoga and be able to excel in any yoga class.

What does the classes include?

WEEK 1: In week one you build solid foundation and learn the fundamentals of Yoga. Each day of the week is focused on a different aspect of Yoga as you train with Vytas.

WEEK 2: Moving onto week 2 you will learn how to build on the poses and different postures you did in week one as you train with Elise.

WEEK 3: During week 3 your trainer Ted pushes you a bit further and shows you how far you have come.

WEEKENDS: On the weekends yoga trainer Faith Hunter offers a relaxing 10 minute class.
